We propose to investigate possible medium modi cations of neutron electromagnetic form factors by measuring recoil polarizations for the semi-inclusive quasifree He(~e; e~n) reaction at Q = 1:0 (GeV/c). Requirements Beam energy : 1.645 GeV Beam polarization : 80% Beam current : 20 A Target : 15 cm cryogenic helium Luminosity : 4 10 cm 2 s 1 Detectors : Hall C HMS + neutron polarimeter Beam time : 336 hours
